WHY MOBILE GATEWAY PARK?


The Mobile Gateway Park (hereinafter “MGP”) is seeking a firm to act as Master Developer of the MGP with specific experience in the development of industrial rail parks. MGP and its brokers anticipate that the successful candidate will enter into exclusive negotiations with the MGP to develop an agreement which details the working relationship between the three (3) entities. This relationship will be determined as a part of this negotiation. MGP will require the chosen Development Partner to fully construct a Speculative Building minimum of 200,000 SF within 12 months of the contract execution.
